Jim, cant you just update us on the current share structure? That's all I really care about, I'd like to know how much was bought back, the current O/S, Float, etc. and when will the comapny be OTC Current again. Thanks :-)

Thanks for the update, I really don't see this as "highly anticipated" news. Was really hoping you'd inform us you've been able to raise additional capital and the buy back is in full force again and the DTC chill will be romoved, or something significant has happened in Canada, or something signifacant has happed with Cool Limos.

About the "cousin" company, you mentioned news would be announced on or before 2-14. We understand you're area is battling a major storm, BUT, I feel you keep delaying the info. We were all hoping some offical news would come out in Dec. You just posted a short message here on I Hub. Then news was supposed to come out in mid January, then it's delayed till now. And you keep sending us delays. Your burning bridges very quickly with new investors and some aren't afraid to say how they feel...

Jim, I've been here a very long time. I bought in, because I thought the concept was great. Obviously, I've been disappointed in the results to date.

I'm hoping you're using lessons learned and can get the company turned around. My question is.. how are you getting word out about the franchise promotion? I hope you're doing something more then putting it on facebook. People who are researching different franchise opportunities probably aren't going to land on your facebook page. I don't even see the new promotion on the new website.

I'm also interested in hearing about the "cousin". I know there's a lot of money to be made in outside advertising (if done right).

Thanks for the news, Jim. Exactly what we were expected. Of course ATYG shareholders want more and more, especially regarding share structuring. HOWEVER, you delivered news as expected.

Here is what people should get out of your update: it's good news! This will spark more and more franchise, thus increasing the company's overall holdings, etc.

I see this as good and others should as well.

I respect the hard work you are doing. This is just a suggestion for you. Since the legal marijuana and MMJ industry is on fire and now seems to be only starting, ground floor, why not locate a well organized company based in a state such as Colorado and spin off a subsidiary company in that "hot" sector? It would be good for everyone.

Sir I ask that you just post us that you will not RS on us. As well an updated SS would be very nice to see. I am sure that would give investors more incentive to hang on to their shares.

One thing I would ask is that you release true accurate numbers on the share structure. That is not much to ask.

Level with the investors and they will come. You need capital and investors need news.
