I think the term "massive dilution" is a miss representation, just ad the ibox is on pvec. The company is in the process of retiering shares and the raise in a/s from previous dates were to raise funds for revenue generating entities (being implemented currently and will be posted in the future financial reports, not one coming) and combat corruption of illegally distributed shares for the previously listed.
