Not making a profit. Start up companies rarely do. All cash flow will be reinvested in expansion.

No normal bank loans against a oil lease no matter it's value. Companies like this don't have access to bank loans. A that is why they are public companies on OTC exchanges.

The only way to raise financing is to partner with investors on direct drilling projects due to the significant tax benefits especially with tax rates moving higher.

It would be nice to see the production reports to see what type of cash flow is being generated of 465k in assets.
