KGET's announcement was a pretty "loose" description, but IMO KGET is talking about the FLOAT of 316 million shares. This would agree with the OTC data. I am far more inclined to believe the OTC data than some of the gibberish KGET is trying to "package" as fact! Subtracting this float from the total OUTSTANDING, as reported by OTC, renders a total of a little over a billion RESTRICTED shares outstanding. Since the restricted stock is roughly 75% of the outstanding shares, most investors might want to have some understanding of who holds the shares and what are the restriction conditions. Just sayin'!
