I was basing my estimate of the split date
on what the Schedule 14C stated. In part: "The corporate actions will be effective 20 days after the mailing of this information statement to:"

The statement was signed by Svorai on Feb. 11, 2014 but the statement was submitted on the 12th.
That is where I was coming up with the March dates. I really hope that you date is correct, the sooner the better! Another reason for anyone thinking about getting into SPLI, not to wait much longer! GLTA
