You would think so, on days like today especially. But they may not have web site peeps in house. So they may use an outside company, as such sometimes web site peeps are busy doing other things for other clients (or out to lunch).
I have no idea if their internal IT staff handles it or not. Just a thought. I would think that they have it all setup so that they can post immediately and have notified people ahead of time to be ready at a moments notice.
Sites can be setup so that CHTP staffers can login to use a content management system to post press releases themselves, or they may just send the info to the developer to update.
I've developed all different types. Whatever the customer wants :)
