I agree and I'm guilty as well with a lot of hot air. Problem is the nice move over $2 and then the ATM kicked in at that point. Killed the momentum and I would have fathered a preferred raise with more shares before waiting on the ATM at higher levels.
Why they went this route is anyones guess, but I think they had an obvious reason. You announce an S3 and then do an ATM? It doesn't add up unless there is a major partner coming on board or a hostile take over was in the works. My only comment on those two scenarios is that we should be higher based on either of those situations. Oh well heading out for the day with the misses to enjoy Valentines Day. Everyone have a great weekend and hopefully we get some upside move next week.
