I'm not going to take credit for this... Ephemeral Rook did all the DD yesterday, in case you missed it.

1. Stop trying to claim that Growlife JUST created these 10M preferred shares. They've existed since 2011. You want to look at an 8K? Here is the evidence you need, with a link over to the SEC docs:

2. At one point last year, we had 3M preferred shares issued.

3. At some point last year, we also cancelled those same exact 3M preferred shares. We now have zero preferred shares issued, just as the latest 8K states: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=97282008

TITAN - you aren't putting out any new info. You aren't even putting up a very good argument. You are reaching for straws here so do us all a favor: take a lunch break and come back to us when you have productive news to share. Whether its positive or negative news, I'm open to a constructive dialog on this board, but first you need to rid the stench of bullshit coming from your posts. Stop acting like you're doing us a favor.
