I doubt this will be a pump and dump simply because of the CEO's past credential. The guy can raise serious cash is very well connected. So this penny stock looks somewhat different to me. If and when the deal materialises we will see 0.1 to 0.2 instantly. That's like turning 10k $ to 100 to 200k $ enough to pay off some of mortgage.
