"They" would be Hollis as CEO and whatever Directors are left. Although the CFO and Perttu both quit (and Hollis filed the legally required 8-K over 6 months late! Way to "keep up with your filing obligations" Hollis!) I haven't seen resignation details of either Rosmarin or Keaveney.
