Toxic SNDY Series B Preferred Share Conversions..
Masked as being a contract for increasing shareholder value ;-)
ROFLMAO over and over and over again!
Boost Marketing has a regimen of those who will tout acquiring Solos shares so that they can keep up with their conversion process..
2014 they're going to ramp it up... just as they have been doing for the last 8 years.. previous group that performed Toxic Conversions was Big Apple Consulting (Proven FRAUD!).. many of whom are now known to be associated with Boost Marketing... and then you have all the associates that were known to have worked with both parties.. and many of those associates also have a shady history with SNDY..
Do the DD it's out there!

Then there was also another company by the name of Fairhills Capital, of which, Yup! Solos Endoscopy was also a client! Fairhills converted Series B Preferred Shares for Solos Endoscopy as well.. FBI actually raided the Fairhills Office..

There is still a looming and potential Global Lock that may yet be imposed on SNDY and there's a very good chance that discoveries have since been made about shares that were being converted by Boost Marketing, Fairhills Capital, or BOTH have contaminated the SNDY Float.. I suspect said shares weren't held for the likely One Year Period required prior to conversion! But, that's all just my opinion of course ;-)

Boosting Solos

Appreciate your interest in Solos Endoscopy! Boost Marketing appears to be a legitimate business. Nothing shady here. They were compensated with SNDY shares. Cheers!
