hey guys,again if we miss the deadline,why are we in very expensive new york? if we have no audit, we have no big time investors and certainly no hedge or mutual funds looking. because if they look and we miss the deadline and have no audit we will just look foolish.
"IF" the audits for 2011 and 2012 are NOT finished --- 2011 should be nearly done, "IF" not already, so AT LEAST ISSUE THAT NOW (or ASAP instead of throwing it out along with what has been spent on it up to this point).
THAT would show the SHs that it is "IN PRO-GRESS"!
THEN follow up with 2012 ASAP! Don't worry about stopping in mid-stream for the Form 10.
THEN follow up with 2013 ASAP --- and the Form 10 at that point.
