Wanna know what's most hilarious about Tekla reporting their recently increased position?

The fact that they're now 9.9% holdings of IPCI's O/S confirms that IPCI's O/S is still a hair under 22M shares...thus completely refuting the almost 3 months of daily dilution claims lol:)
