Terry, I believe they have 71 calendar days to file financial information. Hovever, Rich Kaiser said that it would be filed within approx. 30 days and I think that's when we can expect it.
The rule for filing Form 10 information had always been 71 days, but the SEC changed the rule for Shell Companies about 10 years ago. You can see the discussion on page 18 of the rule change on the SEC link below and then the Final Rule on page 20 applying only to Shell Companies:
Also, it appears that the lawyers did not think the transaction qualified to be filed under Item 2.01 of Form 8-k. That may have to due with the significance of the assets involved (as specified in the 8-k instructions) and it's not something we can know (yet) as GLER didn't give that information.
Maybe we'll get the filing earlier, but I expect to get announcements on other acquisitions and ByoAg first.
IMO I'M not lawyer. But would be reasonable they have few attorney's working on it. They would be more knowable than I. They did put out a binding document. Which is the 8k now we waiting on the super 8 which comes out after 8k, 4days will be technically Monday. Weather we see this document or not I'm not Houdini. But they did do it right so it would be prudent not to assume that they would not.
