Man Crow are they upset that some here aren't buying the BS.

• Mr. Brumfield has over 30 years business development experience founding and operating multiple businesses in several industries including: real-estate development, mortgage brokerage business, commercial and residential construction and retail merchandise.

That's true. Which of those businesses was a success? Which of those businesses didn't go bankrupt? Including the Cdex bankruptcy.

• Mr. Brumfield has been an investor in CDEX since 2004.

That's true. How's that going Jeffy? What was that stock price in 2009? Of course it doesn't matter ,CXEI to CEXI-D to CEXI-Q to CDEX. Still beats the biggest losers in this from 2000.

• Mr. Brumfield is an avid philanthropist and supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of America.

May be true. And that means what? Might as well have said that he shops at all the best stores or something like that.
What about his educational background?

All of the above is 100% true and concise. Yet, some have chose to post lie after lie concerning Mr. Brumfield.

Now, the lies that have been told on this board say something quite different.

And as ALL know, the facts of the filed SEC filings back the year.

Now, I will ask you or anyone else, who introduced Mr. Brumfield to CDEX?

Let me say it right now, you don't know the answer.
