It might have made more sense that while the CEO was outlining his contract in the last letter to also mention they were returning the AS back to the original level. Then a few bullet points as to how they intend on using the additional shares to launch Slam and help with marketing efforts when launching Gear.
Now that would have had a better impact with investors. IMHO of course.
