cliffvb: re CTON, thanks for that detailed information. I own the stock and it appears that their near term growth prospects are excellent in spite of a challenging year ahead for many of the larger homebuilders. They seem to have an excellent niche in Florida.

If CTON can post EPS of $.05 to .07 for Q4 as you suggest, and the backlog remains strong, then the stock should move nicely higher. It's good to see some volume today.

Nice that someone else has found this gem.. I have been a buyer for the last 4 months.. I own Many times the ave. per day and week volume.. I think that a 2.00 price is not out of the relm of possibilities.. It's a candy store in size BUT it is NOT getting raped by it's management.. nice earnings and balance sheet.. Much rather own CTON than GV and thats what I have done..hank

cliffvb: great call on the CTON earnings .... at first glance it looks like they did $0.094 for the quarter ! Not bad for a stock trading at $0.72 !
