SIR JOE ZAMPETI ISNT THE ONLY CONSULTANT. And he has or had about 1m shares. That's absorbed in 1 day. 1m shares and yet we see his name literally daily. So we need to see zampetti's name every day with 1m shares doled out to him. Where are the other consultants mentioned? Think more than 1m to zampetti were Issued. Were there more than 1m shares doled out to other consultants sir? I am curious or is zampetti the only one? Thank u.....

I went thru the filings and zampetti was given approx 1m shares. The stock has traded 65m shares the last 8 months. So his 1m 144 shares impacts us every day?
I believe singling out zampetti is a non issue. 1m shares over 9 months?! Honestly if we cant absorb zampetti's 1m shares we are sad.

I just looked there are 16 to 18 names and the filings relative to 144 stock. And i am correct zampetti was given about 1m shares. we do that in 1 day!!! I ADDED UP ABOUT 7 MILLION SHARES AND ZAMPETTI REPRESENTS ABOUT 15%. THAT IS NOT AN OUTRAGEOUS FIGURE AT ALL. In fact he should have gotten more quite frankly!!

Ironridge 9m share that are free trading. About 20m shares in notes we have gone thru. So 29m shares. With zampetti that makes 29m plus 1m 30m total. zampetti Represents 3% of the noteholders. Add the 7.5m to the consultants thats 38m non zampetti shares and 1m zampetti shares. The guy was underpaid!!!

I believe all the names should be mentioned regarding the consultants. So zampetti has 1m shares how about the other 6.5m shares?

What has held back the stock is ironridge who was doled out 9m shares all free tradin the last 60 days! And over 500k notes the last 45 days. Not zampetti's 1m shares! Lets point out the real villians sir! I believe IR with 9m fts is the major culprit! Culprit 2 are the incessant notes that are now 85% done! To single out 1 consultant zampetti truly is not the story here at all.

The bottom line is China needs to be ramped up with orders, we have to get licensed in the 5 other states and keep the revenue streams going in addition to adding the streams, for example, like PIMD and the price of the sock will take care of itself
