Only concern I have here Gregg is that we have people that seem to be content to flip this for a few hundred buck... when if they left it the F**K alone they could be flipping out with a thousand bucks... GD idiots at the end of the day killing this little rally we had...

Long run will be fine, but why screw it up on the short end when you dont have to...they drive me nuts I tell ya... NUTS.
