No one is going to buy this stock based on the 10K from 2013. I caution anyone from making that an expectation for this stock going forward. start pumping that up and when it finally arrives in march this could go triple zeros. It's going to be horrible and any subtle increase would be a pyrrhic subtlety penny players would not begin to appreciate. JMHO

P.S. The only go thing about the 10K would be that they filed on time.
