Kerry (aka "PG") has admitted to being compensated by PVEC and also to being the IRP for PVEC, however she is not listed as an "officer" of the corporation as you claim:

Why do you claim Kerry/PG is currently an "officer" of PVEC? Do you have a source of your claim?
