I'm aware of their failed attempt to uplist in 2012, but this is no deterrent or reflection on where we stand today!

Up to this date I rather would say, they kept word. Took all the necessary hurdles and got cleared in court.

The rest are Forward looking Statements like every Business is doing, I call it guidance. And with reference to an uplisting: The Parameters are clear and once the stock for a certain period is traded over $ 1.-- the uplisting will take place.
