I tried e-mailing the CEO to find out but my e-mails were undelivered. [e-mail]

I guess I will write him at the corp. address and see if I get a reply. Their website is non existant..www.solare-power.com

I believe they seceded from the SEC so they most likely don't have to do any filing..???
