To list all the reasons why this is not an investment-grade stock would take more time that it's worth. But here are a couple of important points: it's a penny stock with three billion shares outstanding and more coming, no income, and a market cap that's beyond all reason relative to its assets. That is enough to verify its non-investment-grade status. There's plenty more, if you want to hear it, but as I said: it's not worth the trouble to point it all out.

It's a fad stock. A pump-and-dump that exists mostly on hype. Another come-and-go story typical of the pinks. I'm not saying that nobody should own any; just that nobody should have any of his own money in it at this point. I'm not saying it won't go to a dollar. What I AM saying is that it will eventually go back to the sub-penny world where it came from not too long ago. Probably sooner rather than later.
