I think he double dipped on the "$1 million on hold" as that is part of the $2.5, unless there is another $1 million floating around somewhere. Just another oops, I guess. The way they want to dole out $2.2 million to executives and directors for cutting the share price in half over the last 4 years means they will never have enough cash imo.

IMO You are looking like a basher wanting more cheap shares. Rusty has been sharing all of his DD with the board so anyone can check it out. I don't feel he deserves your criticism. If you don't want to follow the DD, "DON'T" If you want to use his DD to do more research he has been more than willing to let you. If you do I have to wonder if you would be so generous as to share with all to see.
