The RSI 5 always over rides.

If we go up I suspect the NASI 5 will rise.You don't know for sure until after the close.These are rare cases where it will be close but I would not short.tclark 1 ran it also using next day data and it did not change results by much.

The more important issue is why won't NDX close at/above rsi 50.We've had three near misses(yesterday's late selloff was ufb),and now we have a possibility of hitting/breaking the lows again.
