Your looking at this all wrong. Since when is debt in a developmental company a bad thing? If the company is able to take the money and develop a rapidly increasing stream of revenues there is no reason to worry about a little debt. Every single company that trades on the stock market at one point or another took on debt to grow its business. Thats how business grow plain and simple. Do you think apple got to where it is today without taking on debt? absolutely not. If you're afraid of a little debt than this stock is not for you, end of story
