Probably to keep PPS where they want it...Right now just following the chart and it looks like they might drop the PPS and break the upward trend soon...That is not bad unless big blocks start selling off like 20mil+...I believe someone is attempting to reset the RSI so we can have room to explode on news possibly. I bet news is around the corner or why hold the PPS down when it was climbing nicely and the big block holders haven't sold yet...Just using common sense here...All my opinion though.
