As for pinks or even OTCBB, I don't know...but you can look @ plenty of big board stocks, which then again may not be a good comparison to our little baby here, but they do illustrate your point.

Look @ Boston Scientific (BSX) acquiring Guidant (GDT). Boston Scientific will acquire all the outstanding shares of Guidant for a combination of cash and stock worth $80 per Guidant share. GDT closed @ $75.00 today.
