Torqputty - I agree completely. This is why I am in the process of changing over to tracking the Nasdaq, Q, SMH. The Dow is worthless and the SNP is so oil weighted which is news driven it is nearly worthless.

I'll post my thoughts later. But a preliminary remark would be that the 41.35 downtrend line will hold on the Q. There will be no breakout. Note how the Nasdaq has lagged the Dow. Tech is the leader and it is just not participating in any rally. Nasdaq is leading and it is leading down.
