I believe we can, but they are moving quickly, hopefully there is some work going on by people who don't want to get cheated to try and stop this. Shareholders with more experience than me were able to stop Jack when he tried to run a RS. Maybe they can stop Shaun's attempt at this ridiculous RS he is planning?
help me understand I own the company and sonmebody comes along and never even was welcomed in an steals it, this makes no sense, call me a dummy if you like but this is a democracy not a dictatorship. there ought to be some way to stop this from happening. I hate to say this but I would rather lose my shares than to let them have it.
