im still bearish the stock because the info released still is specualtive and there is no name. the 10q is what i want to see with 900k in cash or receivables.
i cant see myself buying in here nor would i short momo is too hot.
im having problems accepting the whole we cant tell you thing.. if the deal is done and it was with a publicly traded company #1 it would have to be disclosed they cannot hide material events for publicly traded securities.
i still dont buy it.. its just one trade. congrats to those that made dough. me 4k loss..
