Maybe it has to do with cutting down on energy consumption in their equipment?

Energy Innovative Products, Inc., an energy product development company, develops, commercializes, and markets technology for reducing energy usage in refrigeration and cooling systems. It offers a single-phase electric motor controller that can be used on devices with induction motors for commercial and private applications.

The company’ products include EIP-1, a compressor motor controller that is installed in between the vending machine's thermostat and the refrigeration compressor;

EIP-2, which has various signatures of the EIP1-1, including circuitry that reduces the energy consumption of the evaporator fan;

EIP-3 for can and bottled vending machines; and

EIP-4 that is designed for capacitor run motors, as well as upgrade kits.

Its electric motor controller reduces electrical usage in refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, refrigerated vending machines, glass door coolers, ice-cream machines, and other similar appliances.

The company distributes its products and facilitates service support through its partners globally. Energy Innovative Products, Inc. was founded in 2008 and is based in Fairfield, New Jersey.

Accelpath WAS a telepathology company...Accelerated Pathology...hence the name accelpath. Never panned out....reverse merged with Technest for a quick way to go "public"...supposed 3D technology and potential govt contracts were with Technest. Though I am pretty sure nothing ever transpired with either...now reverse merging with energy company....must be another easy entry for them to go public.

Big shell game.
