Mayerxx, 12yp, sky, please give your input on the BK filing now the content of the filing is revealed. I know what Zuniger said and his take, but I am not sure how this would unfold in the next 2 days or 7 days. CERP still has the R/S, but won't/can't take affect if still in BK 11. Will that be the magic potion? Also, what will the PPS be tomorrow start and finished? My ace is my reliance on Mayerxx DD.
