Ted also said that everything was ready to go (i.e. Annual Report)...they were just awaiting the Attorney's Approval.
So...In my mind, one of two things happened:
1. The Attorney found some things he wanted changed (unlikely..and even more unlikely it would take this long to make corrections/changes)
2. It's in the Company's best interests to delay the release of the information.
I bet on #2.
