I REALLY THINK THE FILING IS A HOSTILE ACT AGAINST THE COMPANY AND NOT THE ACTIONS OF THE COMPANY.

That's absurd. The a/s was raised by the company. The 1-A and subsequent amendments were filed by the company. The letters to the SEC were written by the company.
