Sure is. How else is a company with no cash supposed to reduce debt?

They reworked the debt deals with issuing more shares to the old holders. Probably why we saw that pump last week.

I would think that after being a debt holder for numerous years, that as soon as they got the chance to get out they did.

Also why VFIN has been on the ask the last few weeks.
