What are you talking about? The a/s was raised a few months ago. The most recent amendment to the 1-A was filed on 13 January.

The share structure listed on the OTC page is not OLD news unless prior dates had the same share structure listed. Just because the " company" knew there was a double secret, yet apparantly legally filed, document two years ago does not make this OLD news to those not knowing the secret code...
