According to Chaaban, Sam spent years studying cannabis for the government.... Had a hard time finding any research papers from him too lol....
The real funny part is that they were supposed to have submitted all this IP to PHOT and that is what Chaaban said sealed the deal....
He said they were drooling all over the RXNB portfolio and wanted to buy 40% immediately... That was what didn't make sense to me since I thought PHOT was in the business of designing state of the art grow systems..
