Cotara dosimetry trials are at the least simply complex but hopefully not as complex as those that were developed for Bexxar at the G. Dosimetry can require CT-scanners collimating capability and require administration usually at a Major Medical Center vs. Community based treatment. I believe for these reasons it is a boutique drug.
PS exposure on apoptotic cells suppresses these functions ... all of which can be medically managed.
