Seen it too many times....
Company is in alot of debt....
They were doing fine with Pathways of Progress...
Being honest and saving money updating us themselves was great...
When a Company retains someone like Murdoch.... They need help selling shares to get out of debt.
My hope is the Company/Convertibles are being sold in massive fashion in a planned timeframe, to pay off much or all their debt when the first Revenues start.
