What it does not define is money in the bank, after all is said and done. It is massive news for the company and Lockheed.

Remember that money is from Lockheed for the Lockheed project. OPTT still has to turn the corner on funding other new projects until they get paid. Should be a lot easier from here and out.

I find this a very exciting time.
