If you don't find the argument of exclusive content or software relevant, it either means you think end-users won't care, or that AMD will have something comparable. Which is it? From my point of view, consumers *will* care (just look at iTunes), and AMD will *not* have something comparable (what other service is offering the kind of content available on Viiv?). Maybe the problem is that you have not yet fully appreciated the compellingness of a platform that comes with its own content delivery service.
