noretreat, I concur with your view of not shorting NNVC at this time.

It's interesting how they always seem to have the money for lawyers but the most essential step to drug realization (TOX studies) always has a excuse for delays.

I don't mind the bunker people with their arm bands hailing their Fuhrer, we know how that ends up. Just can't wait till they start talking of 'wonder-weapons' to turn things around. HA!

Glad you made some nice cash trading in and out on this sled. Your a rarity noretreat- a NNVC money maker - Congrats !

Bunny-I won't ever short a stock like NNVC...too risky to my future retirement lifestyle! I would short many other high flyers under the right circumstances, but not one that could go 4x overnight.

As far as reaching $1.75? Well, I'm kind of surprised it did not get even more panicky yesterday. When I saw what was happening, I thought we could sail right down to 2 bucks, but it found solid support right about where the chart said it would...I don't see a secondary breakdown below 2 bucks without some sort of monumental expose and/or ridiculous goof-up by mgmt.

If Dr. Seymour wants this nonsense to go away he will start the freakin' tox studies and then proceed with all speed to clinical trials.

If he instead mentions something like "inevitable" delays caused by yesterday's SA article I will have to reconsider shorting...lol

@ noretreat, what do you think price action might do in the next day or two. I was a bit surprised to see it so idle today, sitting around 3.50 . now its coiling up here. has to pop in some direction.

also do you like NNVC as an investment? or just a trading stock.
Ive owned it since 2009, but sold it last year. I believed in it since I drank the Allan Harris cool aid in 2009, but just lost patience when it plunged to 35 cents last year.

Arent the fundamentals good? I was always a true believer.
Appreciate your thoughts. (others too of course)
