i asked to have 9.99 a trade...

if your an average to heavy trader they may offer that to you...
you have to ASK....

just a flat 9.99 trade to get in..

That's only a 6% increase to be even, that sounds good, I'm stuck trading in my 401k with the fees mentioned, but on the bright side I can place all or none, fill or kill etc orders at the same exorbitant price.
