Whoever can make the better case in court, after an expensive legal battle, that they deserve to be allowed to use it, can then be allowed to TRY to register it.

If THAT succeeds, then THEY own it.

As of now, it's up for grabs.

This all could have been avoided if MIA RIGH CEO Angel Stanz had been willing to come out of hiding in July 2013 and file a simple piece of paper.

But he obviously had his reasons for not doing so. Draw your own conclusions.
