Agreed BK!
If performed correctly, turning debt over to shares for the market to soak up, can be a good thing. I mean after all, isn't this really what publicly traded companies are for? The problem is that 99% of the OTC companies and their CEO(s) are greedy scam artists. If FK follows through with what we believe he will here, this is going to be one of the 1% finds that pays off big time for its investors.
As someone on the board has put it before, "tickets are cheap". So I say sign me up for the ride:)
