It looks like the numbers on the OTC were updated after the close today. The CEO is crazy and extremely greedy if he thought it was a good idea to do an increase of that nature. It makes sense though if you look at the volume in the past week. I hope for all that are already invested that its a mistake but that is highly unlikely.
