I want to invest a good amount in this company but I need help from some longs here to clarify something for me. I read a filing about 30 billion shares being offered for sale but I am seeing their a/s at only 1 billion shares. How is it possible for them to offer that many shares when their a/s is only a billion? Thanks in advance for any responses.
Where would you expect to find those filings? This is a Delaware company. That information is not available online.
And why on earth are they doing a Reg A offering? Nobody does Reg A offerings.
But in answer to all your questions, why not just READ the most recent amended 1-A? They're offering 30 BILLION shares. And their intention is to raise a lousy $3 million. Sheesh.
