Here some more positives IMO

1. Lockhe3d would not partner with another company unless they were absolutely certain that their product was 100% capable and the best available for the application. This will put them front and center in their industry and open up many other eyes.

2. There are other companies involved in wave power but Lockhe3d chose OPT$.

3. This thing ran without an official PR from the company iitsef.
When OPT$ releases their own PR, pps should respond nicely.

4. This news will by far be the biggest they have put out in a long
time. Other less substantial news items have caused price pops.
